Logistics Coordinator Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating export shipments across Australia and New Zealand sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisation and attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers.

About the Role
  • Coordinate export shipments across AU & NZ sites
  • Keep shipment data accurate and current in SAP system
  • Track orders end-to-end and provide proactive updates
  • Represent us in daily customer operations meetings
  • Issue freight invoices and finalise job costings
