Certis Security Australia is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Concierge to join our team. As a Corporate Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our corporate clients and their visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet internal and external customers, sign in visitors, and provide a warm welcome to our clients' sites.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries, ensuring that all calls are forwarded to the relevant team members as appropriate.
  • Book and manage meeting rooms through our online system, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal disruptions.
  • Assist with CCTV footage requests and conduct floor checks to maintain a secure and safe environment.
  • Conduct car park patrols to ensure the safety and security of our clients' vehicles.
  • Provide escorts for guests and/or contractors, ensuring their safe passage to their destinations.
  • Screen and deny access to anyone who does not have permission to be on site, maintaining the highest level of security and integrity.
  • Provide regular updates to the client on the progress of service delivery, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with CBRE and their representatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Create and encourage a proactive, responsive, and productive work culture that delivers excellence in customer service.
  • Effectively handle complaints from clients, ensuring all issues are analyzed, resolved, and recorded to a mutually satisfactory outcome.
  • Enhance team performance by suggesting process improvements that lead to the resolution of team issues.
  • Proactively identify and recommend on the improvement of existing services or the introduction of new services in line with the company's objectives.
  • Write legible and informative incident reports, hazard reports, and shift logs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Use the client's software applications, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruptions.
  • Always represent and promote the company, upholding our values and mission.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role(s) preferably in a commercial/corporate environment (tenant or base building).
  • Experience in incident management, such as fire alarm responses when activated, difficult persons, access control breaches, and incidents involving emergency services.
