This pivotal role is instrumental in spearheading business development efforts, fostering client engagement, and analyzing market trends to drive growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate strategic meetings and agendas with key stakeholders.
- Oversee pipelines and track client interactions to optimize relationships and outcomes.
- Analyze data and conduct research to prepare compelling presentations and insights.
- Support internal communications and reporting to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Drive process improvements and leverage collaboration tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
This position offers exceptional exposure to the firm's strategic priorities and requires close collaboration with senior internal stakeholders. You'll be involved in high-value conversations and decision-making, gaining insight into how the firm drives growth and innovation.
About You- You will have experience in legal business development or administration within professional services, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint, JIRA).
- Commercial acumen and a growth mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields are highly desirable.
