About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Leader to join our team as a Duty Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store during evening and night trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming store environment
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management
  • Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Direct leadership experience, with a track record of developing and coaching teams
  • Ability to energize and motivate teams to deliver results
