Regional Manager - South Tasmania

This role oversees the consolidation, direction, growth and operations of multiple Residential Aged Care facilities through capable leadership and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will report to the Executive Manager and collaborate with their counterpart in the North.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Nursing or other relevant qualifications are essential for this position
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in the Aged Care Sector is required
  • Business or project management experience is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act is a must
  • Extensive knowledge of Residential and Clinical Care Packages and community funded programs is required
  • Detailed knowledge of funding instruments and models applicable to the industry is necessary
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills are essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
