Our organization seeks a Strategic Portfolio Manager to lead the performance of our purpose-built residential portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering the Value Creation Plan, driving occupancy and revenue growth, and overseeing operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead portfolio performance, drive margin improvement.
- Build constructive relationships with partner organizations to influence strategic outcomes.
- Implement revenue optimization strategies, dynamic pricing, ancillary income streams.
- Oversee refurbishment, reconfiguration, facilities management projects.
- Support refinancing, long-term investment initiatives.
- Monitor service providers, ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, regulatory requirements.
- Enhance data visibility, reporting to inform commercial decisions.
- Represent the business externally through stakeholder engagement, market presence.
A strategic operator with experience in property or residential asset management, skilled at balancing operational delivery with stakeholder engagement, growth initiatives.
- Proven leadership in operational real estate, ideally PBSA, purpose-built residential, education-linked infrastructure.
- Experience in turnaround, performance improvement, complex stakeholder management.
- Commercial acumen with revenue growth, cost management experience; familiarity with private equity or fund-owned platforms preferred.
- Strong strategic mindset, execution capability, financial literacy.
- Collaborative leader with excellent communication, analytical, organizational skills.
- Experience in regional Australia/Tasmania advantageous.
This role offers competitive remuneration, lucrative STI, LTI structure, relocation support (if required).
