Our organization seeks a Strategic Portfolio Manager to lead the performance of our purpose-built residential portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering the Value Creation Plan, driving occupancy and revenue growth, and overseeing operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead portfolio performance, drive margin improvement.
  • Build constructive relationships with partner organizations to influence strategic outcomes.
  • Implement revenue optimization strategies, dynamic pricing, ancillary income streams.
  • Oversee refurbishment, reconfiguration, facilities management projects.
  • Support refinancing, long-term investment initiatives.
  • Monitor service providers, ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance data visibility, reporting to inform commercial decisions.
  • Represent the business externally through stakeholder engagement, market presence.
What We're Looking For

A strategic operator with experience in property or residential asset management, skilled at balancing operational delivery with stakeholder engagement, growth initiatives.

  • Proven leadership in operational real estate, ideally PBSA, purpose-built residential, education-linked infrastructure.
  • Experience in turnaround, performance improvement, complex stakeholder management.
  • Commercial acumen with revenue growth, cost management experience; familiarity with private equity or fund-owned platforms preferred.
  • Strong strategic mindset, execution capability, financial literacy.
  • Collaborative leader with excellent communication, analytical, organizational skills.
  • Experience in regional Australia/Tasmania advantageous.
