  • Technical Project Management Experience, proven experience in digital or technical project management, with a track record of managing multiple projects from initiation to launch.
  • Leadership and Team Development, demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a delivery squad, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance within the squad.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills, strong interpersonal skills for maintaining alignment across multiple teams and keeping projects on track with clear expectations.
