Project Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Project Management Office in ANZ.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing dispensary and retail workflows that incorporate the BD Rowa solution.

You will draft bespoke design briefs based on workflow analysis and customer requirements, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives and a smooth implementation process.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent software skills - Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative and/or similar 3D graphics and presentation software (AutoCAD is essential)
  • 3+ years of professional experience with excellent 3D graphic skills, concept design and presentation skills
  • A positive, reliable, trustworthy, proactive personality
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational/self-organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to think creatively
