About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketer to lead the full marketing execution for a portfolio of service-based and eCommerce clients. You will be responsible for turning strategy into results across paid media, CRM automation, landing pages, and campaign delivery.

You will be supported by a high-performing internal team and will work closely with our media buyers, creative leads, and automation specialists to deliver end-to-end marketing outcomes using our proprietary CRM platform, Caalano Systems.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading the full execution of client marketing from strategy to delivery
• Managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads with a clear focus on performance and ROI
• Implementing CRM workflows, nurture sequences, and automation journeys inside Caalano Systems
• Building or overseeing high-converting landing pages and funnels
• Owning client relationships, providing strategic direction, and reporting clearly on outcomes
• Collaborating with the wider team to launch, test, and scale campaigns that drive business growth
• Keeping up to date with the latest platform updates and marketing trends to stay ahead of the curve

What We Are Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of experience running paid ads across Meta and Google
• A deep understanding of key performance metrics like cost per lead, ROAS, CAC, and revenue attribution
• Experience managing entire marketing funnels, not just ads
• Strong skills with CRM systems and marketing automation. Experience with platforms like Go High Level or Caalano Systems is a big plus
• Ability to brief and work with creatives, media buyers, and automation specialists
• Clear and confident communicator who can lead client conversations and strategy reviews
• Agency experience or fast-paced marketing environment preferred
• Driven, accountable, and ready to grow into a senior leadership role
