Workflow Optimization Specialist

The Workflow Optimization Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient coordination of radiologist workflows across key NSW hospital contracts, delivering high-quality service for patients and referrers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and optimize daily radiologist workflows to meet reporting KPIs for NSW hospital contracts, implementing effective process improvements.
  • Establish strong relationships with radiologists, hospital staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Troubleshoot RIS/PACS and workflow issues, escalating to vendors or internal IT teams when required, to minimize disruptions.
  • Proactively manage workload distribution, monitor unreported lists, and support backlog solutions to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Analyze workflow and contract performance data to inform planning, reporting, and the implementation of workflow tools and systems.
