Claims Officer: Insurance Claims Specialist

Job OverviewOur Claims Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims, including recovery actions and liability determination. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in claims insurance roles and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely application of claim settlements and effective liaison with investigators and assessors.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating open dialogue on policy interpretations and claim management.
- Adhere to established procedures and policies, processing claims promptly for optimal outcomes and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in claims insurance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary package of $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, as well as opportunities for quick career progression to Senior Claims Officer. Our benefits include flexible working arrangements, monthly external training, and a social environment with regular office sessions and catch-ups.
