Professional Liability Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Professional Liability Claims Specialist to join a leading insurer in Sydney CBD.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage a portfolio of Personal Injury-Liability claims. As a Professional Liability Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end claims management, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes while maintaining compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
- Develop claim management strategies, maintaining accurate financial data and reserves.
- Collaborate with customers, external suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle complaints and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date claim data and reporting.
- At least 2 years of experience in liability claims or insurance/TPA environments.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and the General Insurance Code of Practice.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret policies, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
- A competitive salary package of $85,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
- A permanent full-time role with hybrid working arrangements (2 days in the office and 3 days from home).
