Manager, Onboarding Experience And Learning

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a Manager role focused on Onboarding Experience and Learning. The successful candidate will design and deliver impactful learning experiences that align with strategic priorities and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement onboarding and core learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities
  • Develop scalable frameworks that support job-ready capability across career pathways
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner across teams to align learning with broader workforce strategy and transformation initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
  • Business acumen and understanding of customer service and insurance industry dynamics
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools (desired)
  • Qualifications in Training & Assessment or Adult Learning (desired)
