About the Role

CROSSMARK is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality point-of-sale displays in-store, building relationships with store managers and team members, and promoting a wide variety of products for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display Creation and Maintenance: Design and build visually appealing point-of-sale displays that effectively showcase products and drive sales.
  • Store Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and team members to ensure seamless execution of merchandising tasks.
  • Product Promotion: Promote a wide range of products for leading brands, including creating and implementing in-store displays and promotional materials.
Requirements
  • Supermarket Retail Experience: While not essential, previous experience in supermarket retail is desirable.
  • Driver's License and Vehicle: A current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Minimum of 3-4 days required availability, including Wednesday and Thursday.
