Role Overview

This position necessitates the application of your knowledge in livestock oversight, sales strategies, and marketing to deliver exceptional service to clients while achieving sales objectives. The role will primarily involve collaboration within a team and actively contribute to the marketing and promotion of all branch offerings, representing Elders in various campaigns, community events, and forums.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the Lead Auctioneer at weekly sales events.
2. Formulate and execute tailored management and contact strategies for clients.
3. Provide clients with technical expertise related to livestock on their properties.
4. Offer guidance and recommendations regarding product and business planning.
5. Maintain the Client Relationship Management system effectively.

Candidate Profile

1. Highly driven with current experience as an auctioneer, alongside a background in cattle marketing, sales, and negotiation.
2. Possess strong technical knowledge and practical experience in livestock management and related products.
3. Have a solid understanding of safe livestock handling practices and experience in a livestock handling capacity.
4. Exhibit exceptional client relationship management skills.
5. Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication abilities.
6. Capable of working efficiently in a team setting while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
