Role Overview

This position necessitates the application of your knowledge in livestock oversight, sales, and marketing to deliver exceptional service to clients while achieving sales targets and profitability. The role will predominantly involve collaboration within a team and actively participating in the marketing and promotion of all branch offerings, representing Elders at various events, including campaigns, field days, client gatherings, community functions, and forums.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Auctioneer at weekly sales events.
  2. Formulate and execute tailored management and communication strategies for clients.
  3. Provide clients with technical expertise and on-site livestock guidance.
  4. Offer strategic product and business planning insights to clients.
  5. Oversee the Client Relationship Management system.
Candidate Profile
  1. Highly driven with current auctioneer experience and a background in cattle marketing, sales, and negotiation.
  2. Extensive technical knowledge and experience in livestock management and associated products.
  3. Understanding of safe livestock handling practices with experience in a livestock handling capacity.
  4. Proven ability in high-quality client relationship management.
  5. Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
  6. Capable of working effectively within a team while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
