About The Position

This position necessitates the individual to leverage their proficiency in livestock oversight, sales, and marketing to deliver exceptional service to clients while achieving sales targets and revenue goals. The role will primarily involve collaboration within a team and actively contribute to the marketing and promotion of all branch offerings, representing Elders in various campaigns, field days, community events, and forums.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Auctioneer at weekly sales events.
  2. Formulate and execute client-specific management and engagement strategies.
  3. Provide clients with technical expertise in livestock management on-site.
  4. Offer product and business planning guidance and recommendations to clients.
  5. Maintain the Client Relationship Management system effectively.
About You
  1. Highly driven with current auctioneer experience, along with a background in cattle marketing, sales, and negotiation.
  2. Strong technical knowledge and experience in livestock management and related products.
  3. Possess an understanding of safe livestock handling practices and experience in a livestock handling capacity.
  4. Demonstrated high-quality client relationship management capabilities.
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Able to work effectively in a team setting while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
