Role Overview

This position necessitates the application of your expertise in livestock management, sales, and marketing to deliver exceptional service to clients while achieving sales targets and revenue goals. The role will primarily involve collaboration within a team and actively contribute to the marketing and promotion of all branch offerings, representing Elders in various campaigns, community events, and forums.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Auctioneer at scheduled livestock sales.
  2. Formulate and execute tailored management and contact strategies for clients.
  3. Provide clients with expert advice on livestock management and practices.
  4. Offer product and business planning insights and recommendations to clients.
  5. Maintain the Client Relationship Management system effectively.
Candidate Profile
  1. Highly driven with current auctioneer experience and a background in cattle marketing, sales, and negotiation.
  2. Possess strong technical knowledge and experience in livestock management and related products.
  3. Understand safe livestock handling practices and have experience in livestock handling roles.
  4. Exhibit exceptional client relationship management capabilities.
  5. Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
