Position Overview

This position necessitates the individual to leverage their knowledge in livestock oversight, sales, and marketing to deliver exceptional service to clients while achieving sales targets and profitability. The role will predominantly involve teamwork and actively contribute to the marketing and promotion of all branch offerings, representing Elders in various initiatives, community gatherings, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Auctioneer at weekly sales events.
  2. Formulate and execute client-specific management and engagement strategies.
  3. Provide clients with expert advice on livestock management on their properties.
  4. Offer insights and recommendations regarding product and business planning to clients.
  5. Maintain the Client Relationship Management system effectively.
Candidate Profile
  1. Highly driven with current auctioneer experience, along with a background in cattle marketing, sales, and negotiation.
  2. Possess strong technical expertise and experience in livestock management and associated products.
  3. Understand safe livestock handling practices and have experience in a livestock handling capacity.
  4. Exhibit exceptional client relationship management skills.
  5. Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  6. Capable of working effectively within a team while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
