Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate the advertising of job vacancies, conduct applicant interviews and assessments, and select staff members.
  • Manage job vacancy information, including details on job descriptions, wages, and employment terms.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and organize comprehensive staff inductions.
  • Analyse and interpret labour laws, awards, contracts, and wage systems.
  • Develop enterprise agreements and workplace policies, oversee employee consultation and participation initiatives.
  • Conduct negotiations on employment terms and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR administrative tasks.
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR recruitment experience.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in employment contract management and PD development.
  • Sound knowledge of Fair Work regulations and National Employment Standards (NES).
  • Ability to interpret and apply industry awards.
  • Qualifications:
  • Relevant bachelor degree in Human Resources or postgraduate qualification in a similar field.
  • Attributes:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
