About the Role:

This is a crucial position that will work closely with the management and executive team at HR Partners to provide support, coaching, and guidance across the company's operations. The role is responsible for overseeing HR files and administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and induction training for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to line managers on recruitment, performance management, and resolving staff issues
  • Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and training for employees
  • Coordinate and support training and development programs for employees
  • Facilitate performance goal-setting, regular appraisals, and culture surveys
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure alignment with company policies and practices
  • Develop a strategic HR plan to support company goals and growth objectives
  • Manage Work Health and Safety (WHS) initiatives across all sites, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee payroll processing through Definitiv outsourcing, administering the platform for onboarding and payroll changes
  • Manage bonus and incentive schemes, industrial relations, and compliance with Fair Work Act regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR coordination, ideally within a technical or industrial environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation
  • Knowledge of WHS, HR compliance, and Australian employment law
  • Experience in learning and development, with the ability to develop and deliver training programs
  • Proficiency with HR software such as Success Factors and payroll systems like Definitiv (preferred)
