Job Title:

HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our management and executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Support: Provide coaching, guidance, and support to line managers on recruitment, performance management, and resolving staff issues.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR files and administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and induction training for new employees.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and support training and development programs for employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate performance goal-setting in Success Factors, as well as regular appraisals and culture surveys, to ensure employees are meeting their goals and contributing to the company's success.
  • HR Audits: Conduct HR audits to ensure alignment with company policies and practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Strategic HR Plan: Develop a strategic HR plan to support company goals and growth objectives, ensuring the HR function is aligned with business objectives.
  • Workplace Health and Safety: Manage Work Health and Safety (WHS) initiatives across all sites, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing through Definitiv outsourcing, administering the platform for onboarding and payroll changes, and managing bonus and incentive schemes.
  • Industrial Relations: Manage industrial relations, including compliance with Fair Work Act regulations, to ensure the company is meeting its obligations and maintaining a positive working relationship with employees.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in HR coordination, ideally within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation.
  • Knowledge of WHS, HR compliance, and Australian employment law.
  • Experience in learning and development, with the ability to develop and deliver training programs.
  • Proficiency with HR software such as Success Factors and payroll systems like Definitiv (preferred).
