**About the role**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual, with a cybersecurity background, to join our Applied AI team as a Technology Solutions Advocate. In this role, you will be the champion of our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our cutting-edge active cyber defence and AI technologies. Your passion for technology, exceptional communication skills, and ability to facilitate end-to-end service delivery will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and solving our clients' hardest problems.

***Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs and objectives to help us design, build and support innovative technical cybersecurity solutions.
- Advocate for our technology solutions, providing tailored recommendations and strategies to meet client requirements.
- Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of systems, from initiation to successful implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align delivery goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of technology solutions, managing requirements and surpassing client expectations.
- Proactively communicate updates, industry insights, and best practices to clients.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.
- Independently engage with clients, proactively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and challenges with professionalism and expertise.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and exceed expectations.
- Foster a deep understanding of ICT systems and cybersecurity, or eagerly embrace and learn about new technologies.
- Work alongside technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of our solutions.
- Collaborate on solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and integration capabilities.
- Provide input and recommendations on technology selection, platform choices, and architectural decisions.
- Participate in solution reviews and contribute to architectural documentation.
- Provide clients with ongoing technical guidance and support, empowering them to maximize the value of our products.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in ICT, AI and cybersecurity to better serve our clients.

**About you**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Technology, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to effectively address client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and rapport.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for continuous learning and embracing new solutions.
- Proven ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery of systems, from project initiation to implementation.
- Formal certification in service delivery (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) and cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SANS) are advantageous but not required.
