Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Key Account Manager in our Sales Division. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-level customer relationships with senior executives to ensure delivery of complex product and service solutions.
  • Lead strategic conversations with key decision-makers, providing expert leadership and mentorship to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and capability development.
  • Implement strategies to achieve targeted revenue, profitability, and new business orders while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet strategic objectives.
  • Maintain high sales activity levels to generate an effective opportunity pipeline.
Requirements:
  • At least five years of experience in a corporate business environment or government departments, particularly in customer service, sales or marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales in the corporate marketplace, with a consultative selling style.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at C-suite levels.
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, strong presentation skills, and effective listening capabilities.
  • A strong sense of business acumen and skill in self-management, planning, and administration.
