About This Role

This position is a key contributor to our team, responsible for developing and maintaining custom cruise packages that meet the needs of our customers. As a senior specialist, you will work closely with internal teams to create innovative products that drive sales and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Develop and maintain competitive, accurately priced custom packages with value adds, ensuring innovation and market competitiveness
  • Package Management: Build and load custom packages across booking and website platforms, ensuring accurate pricing, clear features, smooth booking flow, and engaging product displays
  • Support Product Management: Update website content, manage rules (fare markups, commissions), set up promotions, and review supplier fares for accuracy
  • Campaign Planning: Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining calendars, completing requirements, ensuring products are bookable, and keeping sales updated
  • Design Asset Management: Manage design assets and image library, ensuring accurate, approved content and supporting materials are delivered for packages, promotions, and email marketing
  • Group Management: Manage promotional allocations and groups by setting up and maintaining groups, monitoring sales, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring accurate booking engine functionality, and providing performance reports

About You:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a senior product or supply role within the travel industry
  • Experience working towards and achieving targets and KPI's in the cruise/travel sector
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and efficient organizer
  • Comprehensive computer skills and confidently learning new computer systems (Cruise Line booking systems and GDS experience is an advantage)
