Cruise Product Leadership Opportunity

Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a Senior Cruise Product Director to lead the commercial strategy of our fast-growing cruise product division. As a strategic and commercially driven leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profit, and market growth while collaborating closely with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven commercial leadership experience in a sales-focused environment, ideally within the cruise or broader travel industry. They will have demonstrated success in leading commercial performance, consistently driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the end-to-end performance of the Cruise vertical, revenue, margin, growth, and customer engagement.
  • Leading strategic product development and go-to-market plans to drive high-performing sales campaigns.
  • Developing exclusive, high-converting deals with cruise partners, leveraging strong supplier relationships.
  • Using sales data, customer insights, and competitive intel to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities.
