Operations Allocator Job Description

As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and allocating freight and equipment for drivers.

You will play a pivotal role in planning and building loads in line with customer requirements, ensuring efficient operations and seamless communication with teams.

Key responsibilities include managing equipment and resources, raising and reconciling freight bills, monitoring fleet performance, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Audit site safety to maintain a safe working environment, and ensure effective time management, meeting deadlines, and taking ownership of work.

About You

Prior experience in a similar role is highly regarded. Essential skills and qualifications include knowledge of fatigue and mass regulations, understanding of chain of responsibility, and professional presentation and communication skills.
