Job Title: Ocean Freight Coordinator

Are you a skilled professional with exceptional ocean freight coordination skills? This role involves overseeing daily shipment coordination and documentation, while working closely with customers and service partners to ensure the seamless movement of ocean freight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate ocean shipment bookings and prepare accurate documentation
  • Liaise with customers, overseas agents, carriers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide proactive updates and solutions to customer inquiries, enhancing overall satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to support ongoing growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and service delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ocean operations (import & export) and customer service within freight forwarding
  • Solid knowledge of CargoWise and ocean freight processes
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and high attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
