Job Summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is a leading international logistics provider with a high-performance product range that includes Airfreight, Seafreight and Contract Logistics.

We are a family business with a 150-year history and a worldwide network. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Freight Operations Coordinator.

The successful candidate will have a flexible Can-Do attitude and enjoy being part of an amazing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient freight process within a dynamic team
  • Obtaining rates, preparing quotes, and arranging international shipments
  • Collaborating with internal departments to streamline operations
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with overseas offices and agents
  • Coordinating with our transport team for the releasing of cargo
  • Issuing correct documentation to customers and agents within the required time frames
  • Arranging Invoices including client monitoring and maintaining rates/activity reports
  • Job costing & EOM closure
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers

Customer service is crucial in this role, which requires exercising a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.
