About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Fundraising Assistant to join our team at 4C Recruitment Solutions. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a creative marketing specialist with experience in B2B and B2C marketing.

Job Description:

This fixed-term contract is designed to support our client during maternity leave. As a key member of our fundraising and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to achieve revenue growth and goals. Your role will involve budget management, coordinating social media strategies, and collaborating with team members on current and future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive revenue growth and achieve set goals
  • Manage budgets effectively and make strategic decisions to optimize spend
  • C coordinate social media strategy to generate leads and conversions
  • Develop supporter journeys and stories for campaigns
  • Collaborate with the fundraising and marketing team on current and future projects

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in a similar level role, preferably in the NFP sector
  • Superior communication, project planning, and proofreading skills
  • Acquisition planning skills in B2B and B2C marketing
