The Role
  • Lead the Paid Search team, ensuring quality work delivery and workload organisation.
  • Monitor search analytics, identifying successful and underperforming campaigns across Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, Ad-Roll, Bing Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Shape the Social media Product Offering, navigating the ever-changing social media landscape.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently maximising ROI from social media channels.
  • Hire, train, and develop a growing team of Social Media Consultants to support our expanding client database.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach with high-value client work, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
What We Offer
  • A highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Search Media, Social Media, or similar roles.
  • Experience managing large teams of 10+ professionals.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Experience with social media ads (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc.).
  • Facebook, Google Hubspot, SEO certifications desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, able to quickly build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to be hands-on, driving both strategy and day-to-day execution.
