Job Description

The Role:

We are looking for a driven Service Delivery Manager to allocate, manage and support a team of technical services specialists.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for timely service delivery and getting excellent outcomes.

  • Allocate, manage and support a team of technical services specialists
  • Responding to and resolving general inquiries and issues
  • Maintain immaculate Customer, Site and contact person Lists and Data
  • Ensure correct closure of all jobs, including regular followup of POs
  • Organisation of travel, logistics and freighting to support technicians

About You:

We are looking for someone with prior experience in a scheduling field-based specialists role, who has excellent phone manner and good computer skills, high-level organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong background in scheduling and customer service is essential for this role. We require a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
