Job Description:

As a Senior Account Director at AKQA Inc, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating senior client relationships and transforming their businesses by identifying and creating opportunities that add value across their digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through your client relationships.
  • Be accountable for revenue and forecast management across accounts, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of client growth.
  • Drive a fearless, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, mentoring junior members.
Requirements:
  • Strategic and commercial knowledge with experience in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and risk management skills.
  • Previous agency experience is highly desirable, particularly in the CX space.
  • Ability to identify and drive new business opportunities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
