Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various team-related tasks
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Process member requests promptly
  • Contact clients to arrange repair appointments
  • Ensure all repair requests are accurately processed
  • Maintain a daily log of customer service activities for efficient operations


Qualifications Required:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
