The Client Relationship Specialist is essential in advocating for Help at Hand Support Services' offerings and broadening our network. As a versatile representative, you will embody our organization, tasked with fostering and sustaining relationships with clients, collaborators, and the community. Your role will also involve coordinating events, conducting outreach calls, and enhancing awareness of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Development:
  • Proactively connect with potential external providers, community organizations, and partners to advocate for Help at Hand Support Services' offerings.
  • Establish and cultivate robust relationships with both existing and prospective external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed and they feel appreciated.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and market dynamics to provide pertinent advice and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the effective delivery of products/services.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to evaluate client satisfaction and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Outreach and Networking:
  • Participate in community events, meetings, and other networking occasions to elevate awareness about Help at Hand Support Services.
  • Identify and pursue new avenues to connect with potential clients and partners.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to boost the visibility of our services within the community.
Event Coordination and Management:
  • Plan and implement events, workshops, and informational sessions to engage the community and promote our services.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for events.
  • Ensure events are executed seamlessly and attract a good turnout.
Communication and Follow-Up:
  • Conduct outreach calls to potential clients and partners, providing information about our services and addressing any inquiries.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure prompt communication with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain precise records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
General Support:
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to outreach and relationship management.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding community needs and trends.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Help at Hand Support Services' offerings and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or community engagement roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Familiarity with the NDIS and the disability services sector is advantageous.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for community outreach and events.
