About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Support Worker to join our team at The Living Room. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality support to individuals experiencing homelessness, AOD use, and/or poor mental health.

As a Client Support Worker, you will be responsible for connecting with existing and new service users to provide tailored support and linkages with our clinical services. You will work closely with our team to ensure a safe and welcoming space for our service users, and provide referrals across a range of domains.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of homelessness, housing, and health sectors, and experience in direct service working with clients experiencing multiple and complex needs. You will have a Certificated IV or Diploma qualification in a relevant AOD, community services, and/or health-related discipline.

Key Requirements
  • Certificated IV or Diploma qualification in a relevant AOD, community services, and/or health-related discipline
  • Direct service working experience with clients experiencing multiple and complex needs
  • Knowledge and understanding of homelessness, housing, and health sectors
