The primary role of a Medical Workforce Administrator involves providing day-to-day support to the Clinical Director and Office Manager in managing the medical workforce.
Key ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
- To assist with administrative tasks related to workforce management, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- To provide proactive support to the Clinical Director and Office Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing workforce initiatives.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff details, including contact information, skills, and qualifications.
- To develop and implement quality administrative procedures to improve work practices and efficiency.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- A high level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and to take initiative in resolving problems and improving work processes.
