Safety and Environment Performance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Safety and Environment team. As the Lead - Safety and Environment Performance, you will be responsible for building a safety and environment intelligence gathering and dissemination capability to support ARTC decision making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a small data analytics team to streamline ARTC's Safety and Environment internal and external reporting processes.
- Leverage the Horizon360 Safety and Environment system and ARTC Digital Analytics Platform to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders across business and technical functions.
- Build a strong understanding of ARTC's business operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Manager - Safety & Environment Performance to drive business outcomes and achieve organisational goals.
- Proven experience in data analytics and reporting, with a strong understanding of business intelligence tools and technologies.
- Excellent business analysis skills, including business requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across the organisation.
- Highly developed analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes.
- Experience working in complex organisations, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes.
