We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Safety and Environment team in building a safety and environment intelligence gathering and dissemination capability to support ARTC decision making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a small data analytics team to develop and implement safety and environment intelligence gathering and dissemination capabilities.
- Streamline ARTC's Safety and Environment internal and external reporting processes, leveraging the Horizon360 Safety and Environment system and ARTC Digital Analytics Platform.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders across business and technical functions.
- Provide business analysis and technical expertise to support the development of safety and environment strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Manager - Safety and Environment Performance to ensure alignment with ARTC's safety and environment goals and objectives.
- Proven experience in leading data analytics teams and developing safety and environment intelligence gathering and dissemination capabilities.
- Strong business analysis and technical skills, including experience with PowerBI, SQL, and data warehouse platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a complex organization and build relationships across multiple business and technical functions.
- Highly developed analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
