We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Safety and Environment data analytics team. As the Lead - Safety and Environment Performance, you will be responsible for building a safety and environment intelligence gathering and dissemination capability to support ARTC decision making. This role will streamline ARTC's Safety and Environment internal and external reporting processes, leveraging the Horizon360 Safety and Environment system and ARTC Digital Analytics Platform.

About You

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including business requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and build positive working relationships across business and technical functions.
  • Experience in complex organizations building effective relationships across large organizations.
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Evident analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of Data Warehouse and Databricks platforms and SQL skills are highly desirable.
