The Customer Care Representative plays a vital role in sales order processing, sales support, supply chain management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders efficiently by entering details into the SAP ERP system and providing order confirmations within one working day.
  • Coordinate same-day deliveries and provide shipment tracking information to customers and third-party logistics providers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and claims, providing supporting documents as required.
  • Support field sales engineers by entering quotations and converting quotations to orders.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs and increase revenue.
  • Prepare quotations for customers as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and resolve customer requirements.
  • Acquire and maintain sufficient company product and service knowledge to satisfy customer needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in customer service, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.com is highly desirable.
