Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of knowledge assets and act as a trusted adviser to Partners on live matters.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years' PQE in Corporate Advisory / M&A, ideally from a leading practice.
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to distil complex issues.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach.
  • Track record of thriving in high-pressure environments.
