Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for client and production meetings, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in event management is essential, with a proven track record of successful careers.
  • Solid knowledge of audio-visual equipment and its applications.
  • Excellent organisational, time management & account management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in rostering and cost management.
  • Background in hospitality or luxury sectors.
  • Qualifications in hospitality or events are highly regarded.
