You'll also be a technical leader onsite, mentoring junior crew andhelping us deliver exceptional sound every time.Yourresponsibilities include:Riggingand set up of audio equipment both on and off stageTuningand mixing of audio as a Front of House Operator and/or System Tech, usinga variety of consoles and systemsManagingon-stage sound, including responsibility for in-ear soundProvidingtechnical support, including serving as Tech Lead where requiredConductingappropriate onsite checks of audio equipmentPlayingan active part in the selection, pre-event programming, and resetting ofaudio equipment for eventsProvidingmotivation and support to junior staff, as an onsite subject matter expertin the Audio disciplineSupportingteams with the bump in and bump out of eventsCommunicatingeffectively at all stages of production with our valued clients, ensuringthat show delivery is of the highest standardProvenend-to-end experience as a live Audio TechnicianReal-worldFOH and/or monitor mixing capabilityExperienceleading onsite teamsAcollaborative, client-focused mindsetA safety-firstapproach and understanding of WHS standardsQualificationsin Live Production or equivalent experience (a bonus, not a must)Base hourly rate + super, with allowances, overtime, and loyalty leaveConsistentfull-time work, not seasonal ups and downsWork with premium audio brands like L-Acoustics,AVID,DiGiCo,Shure,DPA,Technics, and moreProfessionalDevelopment Fund, we'll support your upskillingHealth& wellbeing support ranging from EAP, health insurance, flu shots,coaching & moreStaffperks, recognition programs, and career pathwaysAhigh-performance, people-first culture that cares about its teamWhy Adelaide?
