We specialise in academic dress services and full-scale graduation event delivery, and we're proud to share in one of life's most meaningful milestones.About the RoleAs the Senior Systems & Platform Coordinator, you'll support and coordinate the delivery of GFP's internal technology systems and our SmartHub partner platform.
This is a hands-on role with a mix of office-based responsibilities, on-site event support, and day-to-day supervision of our Event Systems Administrator.You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure systems are reliable, platforms are well-supported, and events run smoothly.
This role is well-suited to someone with strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working across platforms, projects, and IT support.Enjoy the benefits of working in a family-owned business, with a hybrid work arrangement, and the chance to contribute to some of life's most meaningful milestone events across Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesSmartHub Platform Coordination: Support the planning, configuration, and delivery of the SmartHub platform for events and partners, and contribute to ongoing improvements.Client & Stakeholder Support: Act as a key contact for SmartHub-related enquiries, maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.Technology & Systems Support: Coordinate day-to-day IT operations and assist with technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of internal systems and workflows.Team Support & Supervision: Provide guidance and day-to-day support to the Event Systems Administrator, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.Process & Platform Improvements: Identify opportunities for system or workflow improvements, implement solutions, and assist with testing and rollout of new features.Event & On-Site Technical Support: Provide on-site tech support during key events, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and equipment.What You'll Bring3+ years' experience in a similar role involving platform, IT systems, or event technology supportBachelor's degree in an IT-related field (preferred)Experience coordinating small projects or platform improvements (project management experience highly regarded)Strong technical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesComfortable working across competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, service-oriented approach with attention to detailReady to Apply?
