About the Role

The Senior Systems & Platform Coordinator will play a critical part in the delivery of our internal technology systems and SmartHub partner platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • SmartHub Platform Coordination: Support the planning, configuration, and delivery of the SmartHub platform for events and partners, contributing to ongoing improvements.
  • Client & Stakeholder Support: Serve as a key contact for SmartHub-related inquiries, maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Technology & Systems Support: Coordinate day-to-day IT operations and assist with technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of internal systems and workflows.
  • Team Support & Supervision: Provide guidance and day-to-day support to the Event Systems Administrator, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Process & Platform Improvements: Identify opportunities for system or workflow improvements, implement solutions, and assist with testing and rollout of new features.
  • Event & On-Site Technical Support: Provide on-site tech support during key events, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and equipment.
