You'll lead onsite crews, mentor junior teammembers, and help make every event shine.Yourresponsibilities include:Rigging and set up of lighting equipment in both indoor and outdoor settingsProviding technical support both in house and at events, including serving as Tech Lead where requiredOperating and directing the lighting components of production for live events using a variety of consoles and systemsConducting appropriate onsite checks of lighting equipmentPlaying an active part in the selection, pre-event programming, and resetting of lighting equipment for eventsProviding motivation and support to junior staff, as an onsite subject matter expert in the Lighting disciplineSupporting teams with the bump in and bump out of eventsCommunicating effectively at all stages of production with our valued clients, ensuring that show delivery is of the highest standard WhoYou Are You've got the sharp eye, steady hands, and creativeinstinct to shape light into unforgettable moments, leading with clarity andcalm in live production.
