Job Overview

The Performance and Reward Operations Manager drives the successful delivery of strategic objectives within the Performance and Reward domain.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage key Performance and Reward processes across the annual cycle to achieve milestones and optimize performance, remuneration, and benefits initiatives.
  • Promote AI adoption and implementation throughout the reward lifecycle, enhancing technology and driving process efficiency.
  • Develop expertise in Performance and Reward, Workday, Data Visualization tools, Technology Enhancement, Remuneration Practices, Data Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence.
Impact on People and Culture
  • Act as an AI champion, leveraging artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to enhance HR processes and drive innovation.
  • Perform change analysis to support organizational change initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions in processes and systems.
  • Enhance delivery of Performance & Reward systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting, providing actionable insights for the People and Culture team.
  • Implement automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in People and Culture operations.
