The role of Performance and Reward Operations Manager plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful execution of strategic objectives within the Performance and Reward function. The position focuses on achieving key milestones and driving efficiency in processes related to the delivery of key performance, remuneration and benefits moments across an annual cycle.
- Lead and manage the delivery of key Performance and Reward processes across the annual cycle to drive milestones and efficiency in performance, remuneration and benefits moments.
- Drive adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence throughout the reward lifecycle and technology enhancement.
- Develop skills in: Performance and Reward, Workday, Data Visualization tools, Technology Enhancement, Remuneration Practices, Data Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive change and implement new technologies.
