Key Performance and Reward Expert


Job Description
As a Key Performance and Reward Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic outcomes within the Performance and Reward function. You will focus on achieving key milestones and driving efficiency in processes related to the delivery of key performance, remuneration, and benefits moments across an annual cycle.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of key Performance and Reward processes across the annual cycle to drive milestones and efficiency in performance, remuneration, and benefits moments.
  • Drive AI adoption and implementation throughout the reward lifecycle and technology uplift.
  • Develop and apply skills in: Performance Metrics Analysis, Reward Strategy Development, Workday Configuration, Data Visualization, Technology Enhancement, Remuneration Practices, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Performance and Reward operations.
  • Strong understanding of AI adoption and implementation.
  • Ability to develop and apply skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Experience with Workday configuration and technology enhancement.
